APPETIZERS

BAINGAN BHARTA WITH PAPADUM

A delicious and flavorful smoked eggplant mash served with lentil crisps.



ONION PAKORA

Lightly spiced onion fritters in a chickpea flour batter.



CHICKEN MALAI KEBAB

Succulent bites of chicken marinated in a creamy cilantro sauce and then roasted.



PANI PURI SHOTS

Traditional Indian street food where little fried rips puffs are stuffed with spiced potatoes and then eaten in one mouthful with spiced tamarind water.



SAMOSA

Spiced potato is mashed and stuffed in a pocket of dough and fried. Served with a yogurt mint chutney.

TANDOORI CHICKEN

Chicken drumsticks are marinated in a blent of yogurt and other delicious spices and then roasted and served with onions and lemon.



CHICKEN CURRY

Chicken pieces with bone-in are cooked in a tomato based curry sauce.



CHICKEN KORMA

Chicken pieces are braised in a creamy yogurt sauce. The sauce has cashew nuts.



CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA

Chicken bits are first marinated and roasted in a spiced yogurt sauce and then mixed into a creamy tomato sauce.



LAMB CURRY

A simple but delicious curry of lamb (with bone) chunks and potatoes.



ROGAN JOSH

A traditional dish from Kashmir where lamb chunks are braised in a spiced sauce of yogurt, tomato and onions.



SHRIMP MALAI CURRY

A traditional Bengali dish where shrimp is served in a delicious sauce of coconut milk, tomato and spices.

A mild yet flavorful stir fry of cauliflower and peas.



CHANA MASALA

Chickpeas in a spiced and tangy tomato sauce.



TARKA MASOOR DAL

A delicious dish of red lentils that are finished off with a tempering of ginger, garlic and spices.



DAL MAKHANI

A rich and creamy dish which includes a combination of lentils, kidney beans, tomatoes, onions and spices are slow cooked for over 12 hours.



MATAR PANEER

Pieces of paneer or Indian cheese are cooked in a spiced tomato sauce.



SAAG PANEER

Pieces of paneer are cooked in a spinach sauce.
