Broiled Nectarine with Mango Puree Sauce

This is a simple, refreshing and delicious treat for the summer.

Directions -

Cut a nectarine into pieces and broil in the oven on high for a few minutes, until the skin is lightly charred and the flesh is soft enough.

Transfer to a serving bowl and top with a mango puree sauce, made by pureeing pulp of a mango with a little sugar or honey (per your taste) and a splash of lemon juice.
