Gluten-Free Blueberry Cranberry Crumble
l Fruit crumbles are my go to desserts these days. I feel like they are healthier than a rich piece of chocolate cake or a bowl of pudding, and they are very easy to make. Besides, it is so much fun experimenting with different fruit combinations to see what works and what doesn't. I especially love a combination of sweetness and tartness, which is why I play around a lot with tart cherries and fresh cranberries. The blueberry and Cranberry combination is fantastic both in

Curried Eggs in Spicy Coconut Milk Sauce
Curry up your breakfast with these delicious boiled eggs in a spicy coconut sauce. It's nice to be able to change up the monotony of traditional scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, etc. The great thing about this is the sauce. But, then I decided that instead of getting rid of all these apples why not make some apple sauce. Everyone in my family loves apple sauce. And I'm glad I did that!

Rich and creamy Slow Cooker Kheer (Indian rice pudding)
When my friend, Sarah, wanted to try the Indian Kheer and placed an order with Shalini's Kitchen, I brought out my slow cooker because I wanted to give her an absolutely delicious Kheer. I love my slow cooker because it allows me to cook and prepare dishes without actually having to do much, and the dishes coming out of a slow cooker are always so flavorful and with the best texture. This particular rice pudding is a staple dessert in North India and is prepared for all kin
